Beginner's Course
This 6-session course follows the Grand National Archery Society guidelines for teaching.
A bracer and tab will be supplied as part of the course fee. It is recommended that close fitting clothing be warn suitable for weather conditions. Long hair should be tied back.

How to assemble and string a bow
Etiquette of archery
Types of archery
Maintenance of equipment
Demonstration of other bow types

If you always wanted to try archery, then this is for you
We offer training courses for beginners starting on the first Tuesday of May. Courses consist of six two hour lessons on Tuesdays starting at 6.30. The cost is £40.00 with all equipment supplied.All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Minimum age is 12 years.
The training takes place at our summer shooting ground located at the Witney Town Rugby Football ground (see map). Numbers are limited, but if there is sufficient demand, a subsequent course may be arranged.
New Members
If you are already an experienced archer and wish to join our
club, fees are £70.00 per annum adults and £24.00
juniors, but any junior accompanying an adult member is free.
